My exhaust has holes everywhere in the entire single exhaust system, even in the catalyic converter. I also believe the catalyic may be backed up, so I'm looking at systems.

I found two systems for a cheap price but I'm not sure if they're any decent or not. I'm Deaf so I want something that will give me a nice low rumble when I drive it but I don't want it to be obnoxiously loud. It's not a sports car. Just something that sounds nice and opens things up a little bit so the engine can breathe easier.

I'm also considering a longtube header. Would it be worth it to put a header on this engine? I'd like some more low-end power for red lights. I'd also have to put an intake on it but I don't know what or which intake would be good.

looks like both those are "cat back" systems so its basically just the pipes after the catalytic converter so if the cat or anything before it is leaking these might not help. call around to local exhaust shops, when i did my v8 s10 it was only $300 for the entire exhaust system from the manifolds back including a crappy aftermarket cat
