So, I already put my exhaust on and I'm thinking next is going to be a Cold Air Intake (CAI). I've searched the forum, heard a lot of good things about Volant, K & N, and some other intakes. I'm looking to spend approximately $150 on a CAI, what do you guys think would be the best for around that price? I don't want to purchase one haphazardly and find out I could have gotten something better for the price spent. I'm open to any opinions and suggestions, thanks a lot in advance guys

By the way, I have a 1995, 4 door blazer, which is four wheel drive, and has the 4.3L Vortec in it. Figured I'd let you guys know what I'm working with.

I would never spend that much money for an intake setup. The stock intake can be modified to be just as effective for the price of a performance filter. The front of the box can be opened up and the holes in the core support let fresh air in through the front. The original snorkel does a lousy job of getting a volume of air into the box.

If you're going for looks, then I'd say volant is the best looking. But you're paying a lot for looks.
