Anyone heard of these, or seen/heard them in person? Listening to the site, it sounds good on a V8... Supposedly gives a deep tone and no drone... lol

Thinking that maybe I'll give these a try... Exhaust pipe size is 2 1/4" right?

 

On of my friends has a DNA muffler on his Toyota Camry, I believe that they are meant more for tuner cars then a Blazer. By the way the Camry is a V6 and the muffler sounds like a bunch of angry bees. I'd look at Flowmaster 40's or Borla 2XS.

 

Well, I know they've got "street" "race" and "truck" mufflers, lol

Gotta win me the lottery so I can record sound clips of a bunch of different mufflers...

 

LOL they can call them whatever they want, but they still sound like a bee hive! lol

 

Well, I know that on a HEMI it sounds pretty good....

Maybe it's an import thing to sound like bees, lol

If only this crap wasn't so expensive...

 

Get the FM fortys man. Later next week I am getting pipe from the muffler back that will be changedfrom 2-1/4 to2-1/2 or 2-3/4

 

From what I've heard, the FM 40s are almost as loud as straight pipes, lol...

Not good for business...

It's hard to decide on a good exhaust system without hearing it in person, lol.

I dunno... It'll either be exhaust or reviecer hitches for the next mod...

 

take it from experience, if you want loud, them flowmaster is the way to go. if you want a little more flow then dynomax super turbo is the way to go, they come with a tail pipe and a tip mandrel bent. they are about 10-20% louder than stock, and dont sound like bees. you can hear them i think on dynomax site, just google search. if you want really good sound you need a turbo. look at sts turbos site. iam all about power weather its a v6 or v8. when your in my trade, its all about boost, check out campbellautomotive.com they are friends of mine one of them has a typhoon with 800hp. and videos.
