i just got that exhaust system about a week ago and it had the rebate. Very easy to install and everything fit fine. The only thing it didnt come with was the bolts for the CAT and intermediate pipe to meet. So if those 3 bolts that are on your blazer now are bad make sure you get replacements. But overall i like the exhaust. its not very loud but sounds like its breaking in and getting a bit louder. Well worth it. and when it says its "side-swept" it almost looks like the stock except a little wider and bent to the side.
