Now that i have my cat-back system i was thinking about cutting cats off and just puting a flowmaster muffler on it sence its legal in the county im in. Would it be better than what i have on it now?

 

Better? How?

Louder - yes.
More power - nothing you would be able to tell.
Violate Federal law - yes, if you drive it on a public road.
Dump more pollutants into the air - yes.
