Flo-Pro
Just my opinion. What I did on mine the water heater underneath started to blow apart inside (150,000 mile and looked like the original muffler) so I was going to start working on it anyway I crawled underneath and the section of pipe before the muffler looked kind of bad but from the converter forward it looked ok except for a little rust. So I went to my buddies who is a great welder and fabed up my new exhaust. From the converter back its a straight shot, we took out all the crappy bends that were in the pipe then I put a Flowmaster because the Magnaflow was too expensive at the time.
Here is a couple of links to what mine sounds like: This is not my truck but since I couldn't put mine on here I thought this would help since it has near the same exact setup the only difference is it hasa 2.5 inchcat as where mine is stockbut mine is 2.5"from cat back.

My friend says mine is louder than his even though he has the same setup but with a muffler with dual outlets. Mine sounds almost like a 350 at idle just a little quieter. The only time you really can tell its a V6 is when I get on it hard. Nothing sounds like a 350 except a 350 but if your not sittin' around revvin it or getting alot just driving normal I think it sounds ok.
