Default Cat-back exhaust

Has anyone had any experience with the Dynomax cat-back system? Dynomax Performance Exhaust
Iplan to do some trailering and want to get a little more power. Does this give any better performance than just putting on a Flowmater Delta 40? I am also going to install a K & N Cold Air kit in a couple weeeks.

I've have the Dynomax cat-back on my truck and honestly, IMO theres nothing bad about it. Its not LOUD, but not stock sounding and it delivers a little bit more power, esp. in the higher RPM's. I do some towing myself (nothing too big though), but I've had the exhaust since before my trailer hitch so I have nothing to compair it to as far as stock goes.

So you don't think it's as loud as say a Flowmaster Super 40?

It'sa much more mellow sound. I love mine. Coupled with the CAI, it's great.

You should be able to pick it up for about $170 and be able to install it yourself. If you have any questions about installation, post a thread or PM me.
