Hooker MaxFlow vs. FlowMaster 40
Obviously the MaxFlow is going to outflow the 40 which is good but im wondering how it will sound. I like the pulseing sound of a chambered muffler and most straight through mufflers like maganflow seem to be too quite and im not looking for that. Anyone have any experience with the maxflow?

You should be able to type in "4.3 Hooker Maxflow" or something like that on YouTube and get a few results. Here's one that I found by doing a quick search: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tP6UG7i3Auo
At higher RPMs it sounds a little like a glasspack to me.

I bet it'd sound a lot better and wouldn't pop with the stock cat in place. To me a V6 only sounds good when it has no cat with a turbo muffler since it's still quiet. With a cat in place a chambered muffler sounds good, try a Thrush Welded muffler, sounds like a FM40 but only $40.
