no i dont have a system in my truck or at least no amp or subs i would have to replace back windows every weekend then i was kind of wondering if i changed out the alt pullie only and left the stock crank pullie and changed to a smaller belt. that would make my alt turn slower so no engine strain or atleast less stain from the alt.by leaving the stock crank pullie that way it would still pull the same amount of coolant through the block? i am just curious?

sorry for the dumb? i am new to the motor upgrades usually i go low and slow just wanted to try somthing new. or at least my idea of a toy to play with lol. but thanx for the help or i guess the humor.

TBH, when you started talking changed belt sizes, you lost me at "changed belt sizes". I could only point you to UD pully chat.
BTW not a dumb question. it hasn't been asked before as far as i can tell.
