v8 sound on a 4.3 v6......super 44 or 40 series? or other thoughts?

I am usually a flowmaster guy myself, but I was tired of running around with no muffler. So I went and bought a cheap Thrush muffler (about 35 bucks) that was single in dual out, 2.5 in and out as well. I have a 92 S10 that has a small block in it also and it has dual exhaust as well and needs redone so I took the tail pipes off of that and modified them to fit on my blazer, so they are straight out the back of the rear bumper. It is the best sound I have heard from a blazer. I can only imagine what a dual out flowmaster would have sounded like.....
