Default where to start

As you can tell I already have exhaust and filter. My next step I am unsure of should I go with intake? I have heard dual plane is the way 2 go for producing more torque is that the case? Or should I look at replacing distr, blaster, and ignition, or should I start somewhere else. Please point me in the right direction.
Well I just got off the phone with summit racing and they don't have a intake manifold for my engine b/c it is tbi. Anyone know if I were to swap out my intake where I might be able to look?

Edlebrock makes a TBI intake manifold. There is also a GM Performance manifold that is available. Check out Jegs.com.
