It depends on the kit you get. It you get the right one, they should come with new bumper brackets. Look for one with them as it makes it easier. If you're unsure you can always ask the seller.
And again, I'll re-iterate you don't need to waste your money on the keys. Just get shackles and crank your tbars for free.

 

Sisk....the wait and see is just the money aspect. Just started working again so gotta do the catching up thing with all the bills. I would love to do the suspension but like you said...costs too much, not worried about the tools or anything. I can do all that myself. have all the tools except for the hoist but my buddy has one of those. I know the 32's won't fit without the BL and the little suspension lift. I just don't like seeing that much Frame under my truck(unless i'm under there). If I change my mind about the frame thing I will be putting 32's under there if not then atleast 31's
