1999 Chevy Blazer; Torsion Bar
Hi, I've been reading around about how I could raise my blazer up a little bit by adjusting the torsion bar. I want to lift it up. I was excited to try it out but when I went to go look for it. I couldn't find it anywhere under my blazer at all..Why doesn't my blazer have one and years before 99 and after 99 have torsion bars?? NEED HELP!!!
How?? Other blazers have it. I was trying to find the torsion bar to give my blazer a lift. If there is no bar on my blazer then how do I lift it?
Ohhhh that explains it, soo is there an alternative way to lift my blazer then?
Coil spring spacers, taller coil springs, lift spindles, floor jack... Although I've never personally seen one for a 2wd, a full bracket lift that drops the control arms down may be available, at a price. Nothing as cheap and simple as adjusting the torsion bars on a 4x4 unfortunately though.
