Default 3 inch body lift

Is it possible to put a 3 inch body lift on a 2003 chevy s10 blazer. I just bought a set of wheels that are 15x10 and i want to put 31x10.50's on them and put on my blazer. I know that with a 2 inch body lift some company's will say you can fit 31x10.50's but these wheels are huge. I am very concerned with buying a 2 inch body lift and not being able to fit them under the fenders. I was curious if i could put my 3 inch body lift under it. I have one laying around im just not sure if it will work or what is involved. I dont see any company's that make it. Is there a reason for it? Any help would be very usefull. BTW this is my first time on a forum period!

Whats the backspacing on the rims? The Biggest problem is that with a 15x10 and the usual 4.5' bs....the rims already a good 2' farther out than a 15x7...But thats with the rim. Youll have as much trouble with a 30x9.5 as you will a 31x10.50 (ok not AS MUCH...but the rims going to cause problems Im sure)

It is possible and has been done, but you'll have to do some fabbing to make it work. 10" is a little too wide for 31x10.50/15's.

Wrekd(on S10forum)had a 3" body lift on his blazer and could tell you what he had to do to make it work.

well, when i went to get tires put on these wheels found out they were 10.5" wide. So i bought a set of 275/60/15 they look really nice but they rub the bottom of the front and back of the front fenders. I was wondering if i crank the T-bars with these shorter tires is it still going to effect my ball joints as bad?

ive done a 3" bodylift on my 95 jimmy, but im not sure what the differences would be between a 95 and a 03. I had to reroute some wires so they could strech the extra 3"s, but other than that there wasnt anything else that was too big of a deal. I had to buy 4 extra bolts for the 3" blocks. I should also mention that i used a combination of a 2" bl kit and 3" bl kit. the 3" bl kit has for a first gen blazer.

you can see the whole adventure right here
