i ordered a 3in bl for a 1st gen blazer and it came with all but i think it was 3-4 bolts. the only thing is you have to make your own rear bumper brackets. in the kit i ordered from summit it came with two blocks for the front bumper and with miner customizeing a 3in bl isnt hard to do. i did mine in my dads garrage with out a lift. there are very few mods to make it work. i have an 01 with 3in bL.
