I went to the junkyard and got an extra set of leafs from another blazer and pulled the leaf packs apart, cut the eyes off the longest leaf and slid it into my leaf pack. I got between 1 to 1.5" of lift from it.

i went and got a procomp short aal. all i was looking for was to big the *** back up b/c it was sagging(from all the towing and hauling i do). it brought it back up and alittle more. i am running the same setup as you, stock truck with 31. i didn't notice a difference in hight until i put the 31 on. almost 11" of ground clearnce under the front crossmember and about 11 under the diff. do you rub at all?

Short Add-A-Leaf from procomp. The kit is great and nice and cheap too.($55 CDN) If you do a search(Procomp Short ADD-A-LEAF)you can see whenI did mine. It picked my rear end up a good 1 and a half inches.I really didnt nodice a difference in my ride either. Easy to install and the most difficult thingI found was breaking the oldU bolts.

thanks for the input guys. There is a place in town that cuts springs, and makes leafs and add a leafs, so i guess i'll just measure that main leaf and get that, only like 23 bucks canadian a side... also greenjimmy -> the tires do not rub at all when just sitting and turning the wheel, but they rub a tad on the very inside against the frame. its not too bad though, i just try not to cut em that far.
