I had the same bolt strip on my '00 (Im a few hours north of both of you's) I used this kit from cnd tire..

Canadian Tire - Mastercraft Extract-it 5-piece Set customer reviews - product reviews - read top consumer ratings

As for the front valance, I had to trim mine down quite a bit to fit my tow hooks, ended up just removing the valance and throwing a Warn Trans4mer bush guard on 'er. My rear bumper has a 2" gap, I didn't bother re-drilling out the bumper relocation thing..

not to intrude but was wondering if a hunter brush guard would work with a 2nd gen 2"BL.

I still gotta trim to get my tow hooks in and I need to remove 1 of the bolts as the head snapped off(prob weld a nut on)

Tmm I'm not sure what bullbar I have but it came off a blazer with a PA 2" BL and the mounts to the frame needed to be modded abit to work, I can take a pic of the mount but not on the truck as I need some longer bumper bolts to put it on mine

I have the hitch that came with the blazer from the factory, so i wonder how that will look after i put my BL on. It probably tucks up behind the bumper 2 inches so it shouldnt look to bad i dont think.
