Sorry haven't checked thread lately. The kit comes with a metal extension for the clutch cable. And your shifter you can heat and bend, which is ok I guess unless your shifter is chrome obviously... Or cut the floorboard a little. I had to cut the floorboard a little for my 4x4 shifter.

Ok, so i have another question about body lifts. Does it come with the nuts and bolts for all the spacers? Cause mine are so rusty that you can take your finger and touch the nut for the body mount and it'll fall apart. And is the a suggestion on how i sould go about taking these bolts off when they're that rusty?

Yes it comes with all new hardware, start soaking them down with wd-40 everyday for a week or longer.

Tony, If you have a DD and this is just a project. Just tear into it. With the bolts it is easier with air tools. But I have seen it done with pipes, breaker bars and sockets. WD-40 or PB blaster is another good thing. You'll trim the fan shroud on the bottom. Your radiator will pull towards the engine some, just make sure your hoses are good. You'll use an extension for your clutch cable. Put the frame straps from bottom to top of frame. Thats really about all I can think of. Besides jacking up the body and inserting the blocks and longer bolts. One huge thing is the bumpers are connected to the frame and have to make custom brackets to raise them. Trailmaster used to sell bumper brackets but they don't make them anymore and no one has them! icon_rant I really wish someone would sell me some or make me some bumper brackets. It looks almost stock from behind and in front with the bumpers so low!

The nuts for the body mounts are so rusty that they fall apart in your hand. So lets say one of those bolts snaps, can i use a punch and push the bolt up through the floor?? This is my main concern. lol and i don't think wd-40 would help very much, the bottom of my truck looks like it was sitting in the ocean for a couple of years lol

I'm not %100 on this, and I'm sure someone else will know for sure. But I think that the bolts thread into the bottom of the body. You would have to cut holes in the bottom of the body to get to them from above. I was lucky, the former owners I'd say garaged mine because except for some rust on the rockers it is pretty mint. I'll think on it and if I think of something I'll post it.

The nuts are in the body and to get to them you have to pull the carpet up (or rubber mat if so equipped) and cut a flap out over the top from the inside of the cab. If you take a punch and hammer it out you will create even more problems than you started with.
