Body lift difference?

Default Body lift difference?

Whats the difference in a body lift in the 95-97 and 98-04 body lifts?
If its somethin as simple as the bolts, i may just buy whatever is cheaper and buy new ones.
And whats the difference between a first gen and second gen body lift?

i belive the difference is the bumper relocate brackets?

the first gens are 3"lift blocks and the 2nd gens are 2" lift, there is no rear bumper bracket availible for the first gen 3" lift
