I lucked out....after modifying the rear bumper brackets, I was able to reinstall the bumper, while reinstalling/using all factory hardware down to the 2 torx bolts on the bottom.

I installed the PA 2" lift kit.

In case anyone else is looking for rear bumper cutting pics I have a few posted in my Garage album. I installed the Zone Offroad 2" body lift. I also had to bend and re-fit the spare tire pulley.
