Default broken bolt?

has anyone ever broken the head off their tbar adjusting bolt? mine was maxed out and my buddy didn't know it and broke it. Any ideas how to get it out? Where to get new bolt? any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh, it is a 96 2dr LS with 2"body and 2" shackles and tbar tweak with 31's.

1. drill it out.
2. weld a nut onto the end and spin it out,
3. replace the adjuster

thanks. where might I get a new adjuster? I have looked online but only find tbar mounts, not adjusters or bolts. any ideas? I prefer using a new parts instead of junkyard if I can find one. Thanks again.

its not exactly a part they will wear out or break save the money and get one from a junkyard, sand it and paint it if you want it to look new

Best bet would be to jack the truck up and use an easy out to back the bolt shaft out. The heat from welding a nut on could (not likely) heat the shaft and possibly make your situation even worse.
