cheapest lift????
if your wanting to go 3' i know a way you can get 3' up front but it makes a huge wear and tear on your front end...howver if you only go 2 1/2' your alright...this is called t-bar raising...for the rear you can buy a block to put in between your spring and axle. you can order what ever size you want
anything more than 1.5" on t-bars and you will be buying cv's and ball joints so often you'll want to own stock in the company, blocks dont raise these trucks only lower them (springs have to be on top of the axle for a block to lift they are under the axle on these) besides that the op said he did not want to do suspension lift.

You want a body lift. It doesn't affect factory suspension, doesn't cause additional wear and you can buy 2" or 3" body lifts. Check Performance Accessories website or visit Summit's website. You can also find bodylift kits on ebay at supercheap prices sometimes.
