By re-locating the bumpers, do you mean finding a new place to bolt the bumpers? And I can see the bolts for the fan shroud right?
And I don't want to do a T-bar crank because I don't want the parts to wear our faster.

i cant remember exactly how the shroud came off. i know it was pretty easy though. just have a look it will be pretty obvious. for the bumpers, ya you need them to mount 2" higher with the rest of the body. the front was pretty easy, i took some 2x3 steel and drilled a hole in it. the back was a little tougher but once you have everything off its pretty easy to visualize. i have my bars pretty cranked and have for a while with very little problem. im sure you wouldnt hurt anything by snugging them up just a bit. wouldnt take much to keep you off the tire.
