Craigslist Find...What Can I Use...

I was just wondering...if I wanted to do a SAS on my 96'...I could probably strip off the axles, leaf packs, and a few other things...then turn around and sell the wheels and tires, and the frame and body to recover some cash.
More trouble than it's worth? Or...jump on it?
