Default Front and Rear bumper brackets

Are the front and rear bumper brackets required when doing a 2" body lift on a blazer? What purpose do they serve?

Unless you want a 2" gap between your body and bumper yes they are necessary. That also explained what purpose they serve

Ok thanks, I guess this is something that I am gonna have to visually see when time comes. Are there any popular 2" body lifts for the 2000 rwd 4dr blazer?

Performance accessories makes a good body lift. That's what most people on this and other forums seem to use. Also, I think they come with the pieces to move at least the front bumper up. Rough country sells them on they're website. Roughcountry.com
