Default lift blocks?

What are some advantages and disadvantages of using lift blocks?

assuming your talking about your rear springs/axle,
disadvantage would be it would lower the rear of your truck.

axles are mounted on top of the leaf springs as apposed to under, so 'lift blocks' would actually work as 'lowering blocks'

After you do a spring over, you can put the lift blocks on... It will give you that cool 70's rake where the back sits 2 feet higher than the front... Don't hit the brakes too hard, because you'll slide right under the dash!

Seriously, the lift blocks are better left for the full size trucks.
