PA 2" Body Lift on 2004 blazer
Hey guys, I'm planning on doing a 2.5" suspension lift and a 2" PA body lift. Everything thus far has already been discussed and I haven't had to make any posts asking for advice and what not. The PA body lift however I've noticed on some sites is only list for up to the 203 model year, but some list it up until 2004. The sites that say 2004 however contain the same instructions from PA (stating up until 2003). So before I go and buy the lift kit, I was looking to see if anyone knows if it will work with a 2004. I can't imagine there being that much of a difference between the two years.

Pretty sure its the same kit for a 04-05. Im looking to do the PA lift too. Last fall I installed the RC lift and that went well for doing it myself and ofcourse the help of this forum.
BTW welcome to the forum. Where you from.

Cool thanks for the input. I'm from ma about 30 minutes outside of Boston. Is there anything specific you would recommend if I'm thinking about doing the suspension lift myself? I've access to plenty of tools, Jacks, Jack stands and whatever else I may need(I hope so at least, if there's anything oddly specific that might be all I need lol). Just having to drop the differential and cut it to fit the drop bracket is what really scared me the most.

If you plan to do LCA bushings and BJs I would recommend just getting a whole new LCA. I had a shop R&R 4 bushings with arms off truck ofcourse and charged me $80 for labor. I also had a trans shop replace all my bearings and seals in my front axle before I put it back in.
Also soak your torsion bar at keys and LCA with PB Blaster to help when removing them. My were rusted pretty good. Cant think of anything else but im sure there is something else.
Remove all your steering linkage to get diff out.
