I used it to get the adjustment block in but then i was able to get the bolt in after removing the tool. The key was exactly the same size as the original ones.

yeah the key is the same size, just indexed a little differently.

I'm running out of ideas, how far in is the bolt? Are you sure the weight is being supported by the torsion bars? It's not being supported by the bump stops?

I know its being held by torsion bars because i never put the bump stops in. Forgot them. I dont even know how i would fix it if they weren't being supported by the torsion bars. The bolts can be taken all the way up with minimal adjustment

Without seeing it in person I don't know what else to suggest. Maybe you should take a bunch of pictures of everything and post them up.

The adjuster bolt, the torsion bar in the control are, the upper and lower control arms etc, you never know. Someone might see something.

I was finally able to get it cranked to 22.5" on one side and just under that on the passenger. How far up can i run the adjustment bolts? I havent maxed them out yet but dont want to if it would be unsafe/bad for my car. Ill post some pics when I get home.

I'd leave them where you have them, people have had problems running at the full 2.5" lift. I think you'll have less problems with stuff wearing out or breaking if you leave it where it is.

My only issue is I'm afraid if i dont run the full 2.5 I'll never get my 31s on.

31's generally fit with just the body lift, I think you should be good.
