Default Rusted Body Mounts ANYONE!

Finally get my body lift 3in. summit, I have previously installed 3 other BL's. Never fails that one bolt snaps, but i have a worse problem on my 91 4 dr. blazer. The whole body mount spins from frame pads to floor boards(rusted out)under front doors, plus two boltsalready snapped under back doors, and far front ones are stripping out. Does anyone have any tips on how to repair these rusty floor boards and how to access the upper mount even? Vehicle barely has any rust otherwise! Should i just torch out old body bolts and try some fambricating or what? O ya i dont have a torch or welder. Am i screwed?

There is absolutely no need to post the exact same question in multiple areas. Please be patient and wait for people to respond to your question.
