i just bought a 97 jimmy 2dr 4x , i want to put a solid front axle under it , what is everyone using , or what is best?

ask yourself these.

what do you want it too look like
what do you want it to do
what suits your needs
rocks?
mud?
trails?
just for show? *puke to be honest*
trailer queen and hardcore, than rockwell that junk
dd and light trails, dana 30 stock rear or 8.8
literally though everything has been answered, you need to read a whole ton more before diving in and cutting, mine isnt done yet but is the size of a jeep chero. with a 6in lift, and im stuffing 37s. keep in mind, keep it low, unless you are a florida mudder than do what you want, but low cog is very good but get skid plates.
