Edit: Lemme go ahead an apologize for not using the macro setting...but..the pics get the point across, fuzzy edges or not

Notches for a 4-door post-body lift bumper re-install:

Notched for frame clearance:

This was my first side...notice how theres alot of extra trimmed off...I got tired of fitting it, pulling it off, trimming another 1/4' off, re-fitting, repeat...so..yea [:-]

Other side, much cleaner cut I think:

This gives you and idea of how much you have to cut in:

Hope this helps

I just installed my rear bumper one bolt hole to the rear. Its held on with only 4 bolts instead of all 8. In other words it sticks out towards the rear about an inch or two farther than intended. I gotta fix my camera or either buy a new one...

Wolfpack, thank you very much for the pictures! I totally understand where to cut now, and it all makes sense. Hopefully I can kick this flu so I can start working on it again! Or, just take a lot of meds and keep working on it anyways hehe

Thanks WolfPack, I installed the bumper last night. Got my saw out and cut that thing like butter, did my cuts and threw the bumper right on. One disapointing thing is the kit says to install 1 bolt on each side of the rear most spot near the bumper on the new brackets, and they provide the bolts but hey where are the nuts?? I tried fabricating an unused OEM mount but that did not work, well I will just pick up nuts for that.

And an update, I just finished last night with the rear bumper, the gas filler extention (that was a bitch.. realllllly a PITA) and got most of the front bumper on. Will finish up tonight, throw the new tires on and start shooting some pictures!

Okay guys I finally finished tonight. My buddy is going to take the truck to his shop to do a little more trimming on the fenders, he has better tools there to get it done fast. We had to hit up the T-Bar to about 1.5 inches with the trimming, so now its time for the add a leafs! And the results:
