Question Stock Shackels

Hello all. Wondering if anyone out their knows the shock size shackel on a 1998 Blazer with the ZR2 package. Tring to decide if the previous owner did a T-Bar lift on mine. I can clear 31 10.50's which is the stock tire size, but I'm sitting on eight inch wide wheels. I have no rubbing at all, and nothing has been trimmed. I looked at a 2004 today on a local lot and noticed that I sit alot taller than it did. Or if theirs another way to tell with one of these lifts. Thanks for the help guys.

as far as i know, the shackles are the same length on a ZR as a non-ZR.

i do know that the "eye" of the leafs is flipped on the ZR's, which gives them their lift over the non-ZR trucks.

i have a 2002 zr2 and they do have stock tire size 31 10.50 a stock shackle you can look at on hear and tell if yours are stock aftermarket shackles look nothing like factory and maybe the zr2 you saw on the lot had a tbar crank and shackle add a leaf lift in rear or maybe yours is sagging a little bit

Try searching a online parts place for a OEM replacement. That way you'll have a picture of an OEM one.

These are what the my (non-ZR2) stock shackles look like. It's probably safe to say that the ZR2's look the same.

The 2004 that you saw, was it a ZR2 as well or was it a regular Blazer?

Default Shackles

Ok. Mine are really different looking. Mine measure 6 1/2" - 7" bolt hole too bolt hole. And the other one I looked at was also a ZR2. Basically a twin to mine. My tires are the 31x 10.50 on 15x8" wheels. As you can see I tower over them. And their is no body lift on it.
