torsion bar keys

Default torsion bar keys

do i need to get a new set of torsion bar keys when i crank it 1.5 inches or can i just use the stock ones?

Short answer stock ones


Long answer depends on how worn the torsion bars are. Most of the time unless they are badly worn the stock keys still work. If the bars are that badly worn that you can't get a inch and half you might wanna replace them instead of keys.

ok thanks. i checked them out the other day and everything seems to be in good shape and hold up pretty well if i crank it
