Default Ultimatum on lifting methods...i.e t-bar/kits

all I see is that you can achieve the lift height you want with the torsion bars, but the wear and tear done on the vehicle makes using them sound like a bad idea.
but it's tempting because of how much cheaper it can be.

SO, is there anything that can be coupled with the t-bars to reduce the strain on the bearings, and struts and such???

ALL US NOOBS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW

side note:
what if you are looking to lift it but only occasionally take it off road?
