To answer your question, yes, they can be swapped. There is no benefit though. They are the same aside from the code stamped into the side of them. You will gain no lift by swapping in these keys alone and stock keys can be tightened beyond the safe capabilities of the rest of your suspension provided that your suspension is already healthy...
