relay works and i have both 12 volts at the starter and the fuse box! the car has previously been wired with an automatic starter as well as after market speakers not sure if this would have anything to do with the issue. Also I have a Blow and go installed due to a DUI not sure if this would be giving me any issues. the breathalyzer fires up as normal when i start the ignition asking me to blow, and then start the car when i pass so i didnt think this had any thing to do with my car not starting.

Remote starting units are known to cause strange problems. I'd remove that to rule it out as the cause of your no start.

Issue resolved! when took the cover off the steering column it looked like the company that installed my ignition interlock system had already cut out the remote start system. They had clipped the wires and used male and female wire connectors to connect them back together. When i was wiring my radio or i must have tugged on an after market speaker wire that was hard wired to my old headset, and was ran through the same area of the steering column as the ignition wires connection. I noticed the male and female connectors were not together right away, after plugging them back in the car started with a jump.
