Default 01 brake light/blinker issues

Alright so I've done some major troubleshooting. When the car is off no key in ignition if I press the brakes it's like the key is in on position and everything turns on. While driving the brake lights are always on driver passenger and upper. They do not stay on when it's off. The right blinker doesn't blink but when I activate it the driver side and upper brake lights go normal but the passenger stays lit. The left blinker fluctuates in speed while accelerating and the voltage gauge also fluctuates a tiny bit. The automatic interior lights dont work either. I took the dash off to check the wiring and when I unplug the dimmer switch/manual headlight switch. Everything starts working again. I tried replacing the switch itself and it temporarily fixed the issue for all of 20 minutes.
