Swartlkk....you are the MAN!!!! I ran the new wire to the fuse block and it is G2G...it ended up being the power wire to the A/C selector..it was pinched behind the inst pnl and grounded out when the a/c tried to cycle....easy fix..lots of headaches... thanks again.....Mark

 

Well, I am back. after an off road adventure last week, the fuse blew again and now im back at square one..I think it has to be from the switch to under the hood somewhere..I think its time to call in the experts and drop $80 and hour to fix it..

 

Does the wiring pass through a grommet in the firewall or just a hole. If it's just a hole, it is very likely that the same problem happened again.
