I own a 1993 K1500 that recently developed a headlight issue, I have lost both of the low beam lights at the same time, I still have high beams.
I have checked the lamps, replaced the dimmer switch and I have had no luck resolving this issue.

check fuses?

if not, on older trucks if the bright switch on the column went out it would cause your head lights not to work.

i dont know the proper name for it but when you pull your turn signal lever to engage your brights theres a bar that goes from the lever to a little switch halfway down the column that switches between low beams and high beams. ive seen them go bad before

but im thinking 80s trucks. not quite sure if yours would be too new but should be pretty easy to test if it is there. should have 3 wires going into it, one power and then it alternates it between the other two for low and high beams

 

There are no headlight fuses located in the fuse panel, I have already replaced the dimmer switch that you are referring to. I believe that there has to be a relay somewhere that I haven't found yet, I have check the under hood terminal center and there is not one there.
