I need some help fellow Blazer owners. My horn has stopped working. I know that the horn itself works, because it chirps when I set the alarm. I checked the fuse and relay, both are good. I believe the issue lies with the contact point in the steering wheel. The center cap of my steering wheel comes all the way off with the clockspring still attached. Does anyone has experience with this issue that may be able to give me insight to a solution?
