Default 1995 blazer electrical burn

So while trying to figure out why my fuel injectors group c is in an open circuit. I was looking at the wires at the pcm and noticed that at some point these wires shorted on me. Does a anyone have an idea as to where they are run to/from?
just gonna be a huge pain in the *** as wires aren't run as neatly as I would like

Probably not a short, just high resistance (dirty or loose connection). You should be able to buy that pigtail and splice it in.
