1997 Blazer won't turn over
#11
Ok I'll tell y'all what happend a couple months ago. The old pigtail that was on my blazer had a couple wires snipped off so I bought a new pigtail n wired it back up. When I hooked a trailer up then I lost my heat, n windows. Every since then I've ran a wire for the windows from the 4x4 fuse n ran at toggle switch for the heat. That's how my wiring issues started. Then I started having all different problems with other wiring. So I was going thru wiring on the fuse block by the drivers door. That's when I ran into the issue I'm having now. I've tested the starter its ok, I've redone all wiring to the battery (cleaned all grounds and terminals) all relays n fuses are good. Idk bout the neutral safety switch. Where is that located?

Dont quote me on this but I have been told you can have those tested but it has to be hooked up and done with ignition on.You can take a test light and check and see if you got any voltage coming out of those terminal on the back where the connectors plug in.I had to replace mine but only cause I broke the connectors off when I dropped the transmission to remove it.

Ok guys I'm sorry it's been like 5 months since I've been on here, n I just started working on my blazer again. The only thing ive been able to do so far is change the neutral safety switch. Still nothing!! I was looking at other threads on here n now starting to think it may be the ignition switch. I took the cover off the switch n put a test light on the wires. When I put the test light on the big orange wire the test light was dim. I put test light on the rest of the wires n light was bright. Just wondering if anyone can help me out on that, thanks.
