it will start and run, inside i have a seatbelt light a voltage guage and a oil pressure guage noting else has power, there is full voltage going into fuse box at cable going in but there are only a few fuses that have voltage, the body and the frame were just put together as it was a resto project

 

this was me leaving the 4 red wires in 2 plug ins not plugged into fuse box, but i still have no front lights, no head turn or fog, but the rear work
