I have been having a couple problems with my 2000 Blazer 4.3L Vortec 2wd. I just bought the truck a few months ago and have some questions . Recently there has been a non stop clicking come from the area behind the glovebox , sounds like the hazards are constantly on. This clicking only stops when the brake is applied (while driving and in park)

Now today while driving I noticed that when turning my right blinker on , the arrow on my dash was staying solid and not clicking/blinking. But the arrow only stays solid when the blinker is turned and the brake is being applied. Replaced both bulbs in the light and replaced fuses but the problem is still happening. Everything else is working fine around the truck so im hoping both problems can be fixed easy .
