Just picked up a 74 that the wiring has been cut and pasted everywhere under the dash. My current and most important issue is no brake lights and turn signals.
Brake lights: I have power to AND out of the switch. But when I go under the hood and disconnect the lead (4 wire harness that reminds me of trailer wiring) to the rear I have no power at that junction. ????
Turn signals: My flashers work front and rear but the indicators wont. replaced the indicator switch inside the column no luck. However now my horn tries to sound all the time! Ugh what a mess!
