Default 87 k5 blazer no headlights?

All turn signals, backup, and running lights work but not the headlights. the top center fuse(5watt) is blown? idk which fuse is for what? and it has a plow setup(those lights work?)do those lights override the regular ones?

Default

usually in plow trucks they do. theres no sense in having the regular lights on when they are being blocked by a blade. they could be unpluged or i usually see some kinda bypass switch inside the truck to turn them back on.
