Default '91 S-15 Jimmy Power Window Woes

'91 S-15 Jimmy power windows don't want to work right. I have removed one motor and the motor seems to work as it should in my hands. I seems to have strength and works flawlessly throughout the range of motion. The window seems a little stiff in the door. Is the window supposed to be stiff and the motor is getting weak or do I need to do something to make the window glide better?

BTW, drilling the rivets was working on my nerves so I cut them off with the Dremel and a cutoff wheel. Much better, IMO.

I'm finding that there are plastic window glides on the windows, that could well be deteriorated. Does anyone have any experience with them? I'm only finding info on glides for front windows but I expect that they are on the rear door windows as well. Are they all the same?

With the motor disconnected, are the windows in question hard to raise or lower by hand?

Could the vertical or other guides be misaligned?

They are and I've looked and don't see any guides on the rear door windows. I have some graphite in a spray can and I sprayed the channels, which has helped a lot but they still seem tight. There is little wiggle in the windows, not too sloppy.
