So hopefully I call everything by the right name...

I've got a '96 Blazer (LT if that helps)

The overhead console (the one that reads the temperature and direction) is acting weird... to say the least.

While the console is on, if the wipers are turned on all of the lights inside the display turn on as if the thing is resetting. This doesn't happen every time the wipers activate and I can't seem to find a pattern to what is causing it.

I'm fairly new to the world of mechanic work so... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'll post a picture of the problem later just wanted to get the ball rolling in hopes that this problem sounds familiar to someone.
