my 97 Chevy Blazer 4 x 4 4.6 l LT. don't use the vehicle as much anymore. Recently took it to local shop for heater core. But, after heater core repair the car sat for the better part of winter. In recent months done some work to the vehicle but nothing to do with electrical outside of changing my turn signal assembly the brake switch and the light switch. I changed the brake light switch because the third lamp was working but my tail lamps weren't. My hazards were a little bit touch and go so... I changed that assembly. pretty much plug and play. I have been chasing a GREMLIN for the running lights. I still cant figure out why my running lights my license plate light and my four wheel drive and my instrument cluster light s will no longer operate I have checked for bad fuses. Please help!

 

I'm having the same problem did you ever get it figured out?

 

Check your fuses. I had the same issue and I blew a fuse when I replaced the underhood light bulb without disconnecting the battery.
