Default Adding factory fog lights

I have a 2004 4D 4WD Blazer. It came with standard turn signals. I have changed out the turn signals with turn signals with integrated fog lights and replaced the standard light switch with the light switch with the fog lights switch. The wiring was there for the light switch but the wiring is not present for the fog lights. I purchased a wiring harness that has the fog light connectors included. Is there anything else that needs to be done? Do I have to have the computer re-programmed for the fog lights to operate? I have searched but have been unable to find the answer. I appreciate any information and help. Thank you.

I am not sure, but I swear I read somewhere that the computer needs to be reprogrammed...

Yeah if you get the harness wired up correctly and get the switch plugged in, you still need to have the computer re-flashed to work. It would be far easier to make a custom setup.
